Truth in the adage, “Necessity is the Mother of Invention,” Karma Clusters were created to fuel and sustain the energy of its creator, Elizabeth Kiser. Having been diagnosed with Celiac Disease within the first year of opening her Yoga/NIA studio, Elizabeth was having difficulty finding energy bars to accommodate her gluten and dairy dietary intolerances. TaDa! Karma Clusters was born.
So, out of curiosity, she began playing around with raw superfood ingredients to create a snack high in energy to fuel her active schedule. She used her studio as a living laboratory, as each concoction she developed was sampled by her students, who gave feedback in making the snacks better - such as adding cacao nibs for crunch without the nuts! In the beginning, Karma Clusters started selling in local health food stores. Today, they are available online and in brick and mortar stores.

With a foundation of coconut deliciousness Karma Clusters fill you with energy without weighing you down. Each super foods is chosen to promote energy especially the sugars involved. Sweetened with brown rice syrup, tapioca syrup, and inulin (derived from maple syrup)
Brown rice syrup is made of glucose only- which the body recognizes as fuel to burn. Tapioca syrup Has a slight sweet taste that is 15% lower in carbs than regular sugars and acts as binder to hold the super food ingredient together, and lastly Inulin is a prebiotic that promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria in your gut while also assisting in the absorption of minerals. An energy bar that tastes good and most importantly makes you feels good!
